Kola Paw is a pet media brand that publishes collar-camera videos: footage recorded by a small camera on a cat's or dog's collar as the animal roams. Pet owners submit the raw footage, human editors cut it into short clips and ten-minute episodes, and Kola Paw publishes them on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook with credit to the owner.

A pet collar camera is a small, light camera clipped to a collar or harness that records what the animal sees. Most weigh under 30 grams, record to a memory card for one to several hours, and are used on cats that roam outdoors and dogs on walks or farms. Kola Paw accepts footage from any collar camera; picture quality matters less than what the pet gets up to.

Submit your pet's collar-camera footage at https://www.kolapaw.com/submit, or type /submit in the Kola Paw Discord server. You can paste a link to the file or upload it. Short clips under five minutes need only the pet's name and the link. Full sessions need a short introduction to the pet: species, breed, age, where they roam and their personality. An editor reviews every submission within about a week.

Not yet. Featured owners get credit on every video and a page for their pet on kolapaw.com. A rewards programme for pets that appear in several episodes is planned, and owners whose pets perform well are invited back first.

You do. By submitting you give Kola Paw permission to edit and publish the footage on its channels with credit to you, and you can withdraw that permission by emailing support@kolapaw.com. Kola Paw never downloads submitted footage to its own servers; editors work from the link you share, or from the file you upload to Kola Paw's storage, which is deleted after editing.

No. Every video is watched and cut by a human editor. Kola Paw does not use AI to select footage, edit video, write titles or generate any footage. The only automated step is sorting incoming messages into categories so the team answers them faster.

Pick the lightest camera your pet will tolerate, ideally under 30 grams for a cat, with at least two hours of recording and a secure mount so it does not flip upside down. Wide-angle lenses show more of what the pet sees. Kola Paw does not sell cameras and is not paid by any camera maker; a comparison of models owners actually use is coming to this page.

Review takes about a week. If a submission is selected, editing a clip takes a few days and an episode one to two weeks, then it goes on the publishing calendar. You get an update at each step by email or Discord DM, and the published link the moment it goes live.
