Submitting footage

• You confirm you recorded the footage and that the animal in it is yours or you have the owner's permission.
• You keep ownership. You grant Kola Paw a worldwide, royalty-free licence to edit the footage and publish the result on Kola Paw's website and channels, with credit to you, for as long as the video stays published.
• You can withdraw that licence by emailing support@kolapaw.com. We will remove the video from our channels within 30 days. Copies made by others are outside our control.
• Do not submit footage showing people's faces, licence plates, addresses or anything private without their consent, or any animal in distress. We decline and may report such submissions.
• We may decline any submission without giving a reason, and we may trim, cut, caption and combine footage as part of editing.

Payment

Submissions are unpaid unless Kola Paw and you agree otherwise in writing before publication.

Using the site

The site is provided as is. Videos are embedded from third-party platforms and subject to their terms. Don't scrape the site, impersonate Kola Paw, or use its name or logo without permission.
