What we collect

• Submissions. Your name, email, optional Discord username, your pet's details, and the footage link or file you give us. Used to review, edit, publish and credit your submission, and to contact you about it.
• Newsletter. Your email address, held by our newsletter provider, used only to send the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Messages. Emails and direct messages you send us on any platform, kept so we can answer them.
• Site visits. Our host records standard server logs (IP address, pages requested). We run no advertising trackers. Embedded YouTube and TikTok players set their own cookies when you press play; we use YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed.

Footage

Submitted footage is reviewed by Kola Paw editors from the link you share or the file you upload. Uploaded files are stored in Kola Paw's private storage and deleted after editing is complete or if the submission is declined. Published videos appear on our channels with credit to you.

Who sees it

Kola Paw's team, our hosting provider (Cloudflare), our newsletter provider, and the platforms we publish on. We never sell personal information.

Your rights

Email support@kolapaw.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw permission for a video. We act within 30 days. Removing a published video from our channels is done on request; copies others have made are outside our control.

Children

Kola Paw is for adults. Do not submit footage that shows children's faces.
